I’m Boming Zhang, a computer science Ph.D. candidate at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. My work connects AI, educational technology, and teaching.
I build intelligent tutoring tools, design machine learning experiences, and create visual explanations of difficult computational ideas. In my teaching, I combine high expectations with structured support, peer discussion, and opportunities to revise.
I believe ability develops through learning. My goal is to help students strengthen their technical skills and see themselves as people who can continue growing in computer science.
